Our Founder
Mr. Chandrahas B. Kotian, aged 53, is a visionary Printing Technocrat with over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Specializing in high-quality pharma flexible packaging, strategic decision-making, innovation, strategic growth, and advanced machinery, he combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen.
Having built extensive relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and corporate offices across India, Mr. Kotian leveraged his experience to become a successful entrepreneur within just seven years. In 2011, he founded Sorich Foils Private Limited at Sarigam, Gujarat, starting with just 4–5 clients. Today, under his inspiring leadership, the company serves over 150 clients, setting benchmarks in quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Kotian is also a proud innovator, holding two patents in the field of pharmaceutical packaging, reflecting his commitment to advancing technology and delivering unique solutions. His relentless focus on excellence, coupled with mastery over high-end machinery and strategic growth initiatives, continues to drive Sorich Foils forward as a trusted leader in pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

Our Company was incorporated as "Sorich Foils Private Limited" on January 19, 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Pursuant to a special resolution of our shareholders dated January 31, 2018, our Company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on February 7, 2018. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U27203GJ2011PLC063709.
